???? Email Designer (eCommerce) – Full-Time, Long-Term

Overview

We are a fast-growing eCommerce email marketing agency looking for a skilled Email Designer to join our team on a long-term basis.

You’ll be responsible for creating high-converting email designs daily, closely following brand guidelines, and collaborating with our internal team to help eCommerce brands drive more sales through email.

This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position.

???? Compensation

Pay: $500/month
Workload: 8 email designs per day
Clients: 7–8 eCommerce brands

???? Responsibilities

Create 8 email designs per day for eCommerce brands
Manage and switch between 7–8 clients efficiently
Follow brand guidelines and instructions accurately
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers
Design emails that hold attention and drive conversions

???? Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong English communication skills
Deep understanding of email design principles & conversion-focused layouts
Experience with proper email structure

CTA above the fold
Visual hierarchy
Readability & mobile responsiveness
Ability to understand and match different brand tones
At least 1 year of experience in email design (preferably eCommerce)

???? Trial & Hiring Process

Shortlisted candidates will be required to:

Share a design portfolio (will be reviewed against actual brand consistency)
Demonstrate understanding of email design strategy and conversion principles
Complete a 4-day paid trial before full onboarding
