GoHighLevel Funnel & Automation Specialist (Custom Website + CRM + Marketing Systems)

Job Overview

We are hiring a highly experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist with a strong marketing, automation, and technical systems background to build and manage our full lead generation and automation ecosystem.

This is not a template-based website build.

You will be working from custom-written content provided by us, and your role is to implement that content inside GoHighLevel in a way that is:

- Visually polished
- SEO-optimized
- Conversion-focused
- Technically sound

Phase 1 (Immediate Project – 1 Week): Build and launch a custom GoHighLevel website using provided content and existing global header/footer.

Phase 2 (Ongoing Work): Build and maintain funnels, automations, CRM workflows, campaigns, and lead systems inside GoHighLevel.

Phase 1 – Website Build (Initial Project)

You will:
- Build a custom website inside GoHighLevel
- DO NOT use GoHighLevel templates
- Implement provided page content exactly, improving layout and structure where needed
- Design pages to be:
--> High converting
--> Clean and professional
--> Easy to navigate
- Optimize pages for:
--> SEO structure
--> Clear calls-to-action
--> Lead capture
- Use existing global header and global footer
- Complete the website within 7 days

You provide:
- Execution

Phase 2 – GoHighLevel Systems & Automation (Ongoing):

-Build and manage:
--> Funnels
--> Landing pages
--> Forms
--> Surveys
--> Calendars
--> Pipelines

- Create automation workflows including:
--> New lead intake
--> Automated email & SMS follow-ups
--> Lead nurturing campaigns
--> Task creation and internal notifications

- Implement customer journeys including:
--> Automated emails
--> Contract delivery
--> Electronic signature workflows
--> Status-based automation

- Maintain:
--> CRM tagging and segmentation
--> Workflow logic
--> Campaign performance

Marketing & Content Support (Ongoing)
- Website maintenance and updates
- Blog posting (SEO-friendly formatting)
- Posting content to Facebook
- Monitoring incoming leads
- Ensuring automations and workflows fire correctly

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Have)

You must have:
- Proven experience building custom websites inside GoHighLevel
- Strong understanding of funnels, lead magnets, and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with:
--> GoHighLevel workflows
--> Email and SMS automation
--> CRM pipelines and segmentation
- Ability to take provided content and:
--> Structure it effectively
--> Improve readability and flow
--> Optimize for conversion and SEO
- Technical mindset — you understand how systems connect
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Strongly Preferred (Major Advantage)

- Marketing background (not just design)
- Experience with:

--> Client onboarding workflows

- Facebook posting and scheduling
- Long-term GoHighLevel account management experience
