JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing fashion e-commerce brand doing six figures per month, and we are looking for a high-level Customer Service VA who understands dropshipping, pressure, and volume.

This role is long-term and has fast growth potential. As we scale, this position can grow into a Customer Service Manager role for the right person.

Responsibilities

Handle 50–100+ customer emails per day

Maintain an average response time under 4 hours

Manage:
- Refunds & returns
- Order issues and delays
- Customer complaints

Work with:
- Disputifier.io (chargebacks)
- Track123 / Parcel Panel
- Refund, Quality & Chargeback sheets
- Track recurring issues and report them proactively
- Use email labels and sheets to stay organized
- Communicate clearly via Discord

Send daily reports (what was done, issues, next steps)

Required Experience (IMPORTANT)

? Experience with dropshipping or e-commerce brands
? Experience with stores doing $100,000+ in monthly revenue
? Familiar with:

- Shopify
- Disputifier.io
- Track123 / Parcel Panel
- Communication Through Whatsapp for the Supplier
- Google Sheets (refunds, quality, chargebacks)

? Beginners will not be considered

Work Schedule Availability: 7 days per week (shifts are fine)
Customer Time Zone: US-focused
Required response time: under 4 hours
