Real Estate ISA & Social Media Manager

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) & Social Media Manager to join a fast-growing real estate team. This role combines outbound calling using Batch Dialer with organic social media content creation and engagement.

If you are confident on the phone, creative on social media, and understand how to generate leads organically, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
???? ISA / Lead Conversion

Make outbound calls using Batch Dialer

Follow call scripts and qualify buyer and seller leads

Track conversations, appointments, and follow-ups

Schedule appointments and warm transfers

Maintain notes and updates in CRM

Consistently meet daily call and contact goals

???? Social Media Management (Organic)

Create organic social media content (posts, Reels, short videos)

Edit short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Engage daily: respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries

Increase reach, engagement, and lead flow organically

Follow brand voice, captions, hashtags, and posting schedule

Repurpose content across platforms

Requirements:

Experience as a Real Estate ISA or cold caller preferred

Batch Dialer experience REQUIRED

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily

Experience creating and editing Reels / short-form videos

Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok algorithms

Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace

Organized, coachable, and consistent

Bonus (Not Required but a Plus):

Real estate CRM experience

Canva video editing experience

Appointment-setting or lead conversion background

Familiarity with U.S. real estate terminology
