WEB DESIGNER - E-COMMERCE - MOBILE - FIGMA

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Web Designer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for creating compelling, user-centered designs that elevate our clients’ brands and drive results. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to management daily, ensuring clear communication and alignment on all active projects. This is full time role from 9-5pm Eastern time, no exceptions. IF you cannot work these hours, do not apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Conceptualization & Ideation
• Develop moodboards to establish visual direction and inspire client confidence.
• Conduct research to understand user needs, market trends, and best practices.
• Design Execution
• Create high-fidelity website designs, mobile interfaces, and app UI designs.
• Design prototypes in Figma, utilizing interactive elements to demonstrate user flows and interactions.
• Ensure all design assets are optimized for development handoff.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work collaboratively with project managers, developers, and other designers to bring concepts to life in a team environment
• Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and clients.
• Report daily to management to provide updates on progress, challenges, and upcoming tasks.
• Quality & Consistency
• Uphold brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all design deliverables.
• Stay current with design trends and continually improve skills and processes.
• Fluent Engish speaking and writing skills is a must.

Requirements
• Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of design experience in an agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing website, mobile, and app design projects.
• Proven track record of working on diverse client projects and delivering high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
• Technical Skills
• Proficient in Figma, including prototyping and component-based design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, wireframing, and user testing methodologies.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive, elegant user experiences.
• Work Schedule
• Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
