Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Specialist, based in Taguig. The Property Specialist will engage clients, provide excellent customer service, showcase commercial and residential real estate properties, and facilitate the sales process. Responsibilities include understanding the client’s property needs, presenting suitable options, building relationships, and meeting sales goals through effective communication and service excellence.

Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Strong Customer Service skills to deliver a positive client experience
Knowledge in Commercial and Residential Real Estate trends and practices
Proven Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage client portfolios
Proficiency in using sales tools and basic digital platforms
Adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
