**About the Role:**
A highly detail-oriented, performance-focused Amazon Storefront Specialist is needed to manage, optimize, and scale product listings and storefront performance on Amazon. This role is critical to driving **visibility, conversions, and sustainable sales growth** through strategic listing optimization, keyword management, and storefront improvements.
The ideal candidate understands Amazon’s ecosystem deeply—from SEO and listing compliance to inventory health and conversion optimization. This role goes beyond basic listing uploads and focuses on **making products rank, convert, and compete effectively** in a dynamic marketplace.
**Key Responsibilities:**
### **Store & Listing Optimization**
- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content).
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, formatting standards, and category requirements.
- Update listings based on performance data, promotions, and seasonality.
### **Sales Growth, SEO & Keyword Strategy**
- Optimize listings to improve CVR, CTR, and organic rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and manage frontend and backend search terms.
- Track keyword performance and adjust strategies based on data and algorithm changes.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for bundles, upsells, and new launches.
### **Inventory, Operations & Account Health**
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stock issues.
- Track FBA vs FBM performance and resolve fulfillment or listing issues.
- Address stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and account flags.
### **Advertising, Promotions & Performance Support**
- Support Amazon PPC campaigns and optimize ads based on ACOS and ROAS.
- Assist with promotions, Lightning Deals, coupons, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance and provide insights or reports.
### **Storefront, Brand Experience & Reporting**
- Manage and update the Amazon Brand Store and ensure consistent branding across listings.
- Monitor customer questions and reviews, escalating issues when needed.
- Track key metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
**Qualifications & Ideal Traits:**
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and conversion strategy.
- Experience with keyword research tools and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with FBA/FBM operations, inventory management, and account health metrics.
- Data-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
