n8n Automation Engineer / AI Content Systems Operator

We are building a highly scalable AI-driven PR, content, and SEO distribution system for a multi-brand consulting group operating across healthcare, finance, hospitality, events, and media.

We are looking for an n8n Automation Engineer to design and implement production-grade workflows that combine AI content generation, compliance checks, scheduling logic, and Airtable/Notion state management.

This is not a basic Zapier job and not a social media role.
You will be working on real systems used at scale.

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain n8n workflows for:

AI content generation (platform-specific: Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Medium, Substack)

Account blueprint generation (bios, pinned posts, visual prompts)

Warm-up scheduling logic for new social accounts

Compliance filtering (policy-based + AI moderation)

State tracking via Airtable or Notion

Integrate OpenAI / LLM APIs cleanly and safely

Structure workflows to avoid duplication, spam patterns, and platform risk

Design reusable, modular workflows (sub-workflows, error handling, logging)

Work closely with the founder to refine logic and scale output

Required Skills

Strong experience with n8n (self-hosted preferred)

Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI or equivalent) into workflows

Solid understanding of:

Webhooks

APIs

Rate limiting

Scheduling systems

Comfortable working with Airtable or Notion APIs

Ability to think in systems and edge cases, not just “happy paths”
