Automation Specialist (Email & Systems)

We run Pixie Legacy, a business mentorship program for personal trainers and fitness professionals who are scaling their businesses. We help our clients streamline operations, grow their brand, and create automated systems so they can focus on coaching and serving their clients.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive Automation Specialist to help us and our clients build, manage, and optimise automation systems. This includes email automations, onboarding sequences, and other system workflows that save time and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Build and manage email automation workflows for clients and internal projects
Set up onboarding sequences for new clients
Automate internal systems and processes
Troubleshoot and optimise existing automations
Collaborate with the team to identify areas for automation and system improvements

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in automation, email marketing, or system workflows
Familiarity with tools like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Zapier, or similar
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and proactively
Experience with fitness/coach businesses is a plus but not essential
