Marketplace Virtual Assistant (VA) – Management & Content

We are looking for a Cross marketplace Virtual Assistant to join our team, focusing mainly on management and content tasks. You have proven experience with Marketplace Seller and Vendor dashboards and know how to write the perfect content, advertise products, and fix policy issues on the platform.



Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings (content, titles, images).

• Monitor product status, inventory, and Buy Box performance.

• Support promotions and campaigns (Sponsored products/Sponsored brands etc.)

• Perform daily account checks and reporting.

• Communicate with Marketplace Partner Support to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

• Experience with LvB/FBA is an advantage but not essential.



Requirements

• Proven experience with marketplaces (seller and vendor).

• Strong problem-solving skills, you stay calm and proactive when dealing with errors or policy warnings.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on content quality and accuracy.

• Fluent in English.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating well within a team.
