GoHighLevel CRM & SMS Operations Specialist

We are looking for a full-time GoHighLevel CRM & SMS Operations Specialist to support our internal sales and renewals team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage GoHighLevel CRM records and pipelines

- Send and monitor SMS campaigns (manual + automated)

- Handle inbound SMS conversations using provided scripts

- Update lead statuses, tags, and notes accurately

- Upload leads, troubleshoot workflow issues, and follow SOPs strictly

- Coordinate with internal managers (no client calls)

- Send emails to clients and company management quickly and efficiently

Requirements:

Proven GoHighLevel experience (required)

Strong written English

High attention to detail

Ability to follow systems and instructions precisely

Willing to work independently and confidentially

Important:

This is a direct hire (no agencies)

You will be trained internally
