The Role
As our Marketing Administrator, you’ll be the creative engine behind our brand’s voice and presence across digital platforms. You’ll craft compelling stories, sharp hooks, and visually engaging content that resonates with our audience. Beyond creation, you’ll harness the power of AI tools like Blaze AI to streamline workflows and boost productivity, ensuring our content scales with impact.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Create engaging content across multiple formats: social media, blog articles, email campaigns, presentations, and more.
• Design and oversee visual assets to complement written content.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Blaze AI) to accelerate content creation and improve output.
• Craft effective hooks and storytelling frameworks that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for reach, engagement, and conversions.

What We’re Looking For
• Knowledgeable in Google Ads management and SEO optimization
• Strong understanding of how to build content that drives clicks, shares, and action.
• Proficiency with AI content productivity tools (Blaze AI or similar).
• Solid design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote setup.
• Based in the Philippines, ideally Metro Manila.
