JOB DESCRIPTION

This is NOT a VA role.
This is pure output.

You will build lists of local businesses that:
• Are real local service businesses
• Have a working phone number
• DO NOT currently have a website

No calling. No verification calls. No messaging.
Just accurate list building.

You are paid per usable lead, not per hour.


You do extra checks:
• Confirm no website
• Confirm phone connects to business
• Confirm business is owner-operated

Lower volume. Higher accuracy.

• $0.40 per VERIFIED lead
• Paid weekly
• Leads failing verification = not paid

• Target: 40–60 verified leads/day
• Cap enforced

SCOPE RULES

• One niche per sheet
• One city per sheet
• Niche + city will be assigned
• Do NOT expand scope on your own

• Be a real local business
• Have NO current website (check Google)
• Have a working phone number
• NOT be a franchise or national chain

Bad leads = not paid.
