Media Buyer| Facebook and Google Ads Manager | Dog-industry US Ads Agency

Hi I’m Matt! We're looking for a passionate and experienced ads manager or media buyer to join our rapidly growing ads agency servicing dog-related small businesses here in the US.

NOTE: ideally you should have 1+ years of full-time experience running Facebook or Google ads, but we are willing to train the right high IQ person. It's about intelligence and communication skills more than anything else.

My business partner Lincoln and I run two businesses:
(1) ---------- , a company that scoops dog poop (yes this is a real thing here in the US lol)
(2) ---------- , an ads agency for other pooper scooper businesses.

Maybe not the “dog related” type of business you were expecting! But the good news for you is you don’t actually have to deal with dog poop like we do. Just run dog (and yes, sometimes poop) related ads!

We are already running ads for several of the top companies in the industry (e.g. the top influencer: ---------- ) , and we have the opportunity to bring on 20-40 more clients in the next 2 months, and hundreds in the next year. We need the right people to help us seize that opportunity.

You should be dedicated and driven to succeed just as much as we are. In return, you will be treated as a member of the team and paid exceedingly well with opportunities to earn generous raises and develop into leadership roles.

ABOUT THE JOB:

Base Salary: $8-15 per hour to start depending on experience level, with raises to the as you prove yourself. We want you to be at $15+/hr by the end of your first 6 months as you fully grow into the position.
Work schedule: full-time, but exact hours are not too important. We are flexible for the right person.
Opportunities for Advancement: management level positions with direct reports will become available soon. We project a team of 5+ ads managers and 2-3 designers/editors by the end of summer 2026.

CORE DUTIES:
Meta and Google Ads Management: you will initially operate accounts under our instruction, and once trained and proven you will take on more independence.
Basic Graphic Design: adapt an ad to a particular client from a pre-made template. This is easy and can be taught in a few hours.

OTHER DUTIES:
Basic Video Editing: make a video from a template and script. This is also easy and can also be taught in a few hours
Tech Setup: you will be trained to set up accounts using a tech stack that consists primarily of Zapier, GHL, and Google Drive
Meetings / Communication: we will meet regularly and communicate frequently.

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience: 1+ years of full-time Meta or Google ads management experience
High IQ with Strong Communication Skills (perfect English is NOT needed).
