We are looking for a reliable, brand-focused Graphic Designer who can take full ownership of visual design across multiple digital projects and personal brands.
This is not a one-off freelance gig, but an ongoing collaboration with varying workloads depending on project phase.
What you’ll be responsible for
You will handle all visual design tasks across different formats, including:
- Ad creatives (Meta, YouTube, static & simple motion)
- Visuals for landing pages & funnels
- Webinar & presentation slides (clean, structured, high-conversion)
- Visuals for Google Docs (guides, frameworks, internal documents)
- Brand assets for personal brands (covers, graphics, visuals)
- Maintaining and evolving consistent visual systems per brand
You won’t just “design assets” – you’ll translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems and apply them consistently across formats.
What we’re looking for
- Strong understanding of corporate & personal brand design
- Ability to build and maintain consistent design systems
- Experience adapting one brand across many formats without visual drift
- Clean, modern, conversion-aware design style
- High attention to detail and visual hierarchy
- Comfortable working with fast-moving digital products & marketing assets
- Reliable, structured, and proactive communicator
- Fluent in English (mostly written communication)
Workload & collaboration model
- 5-20 hours per week, depending on project phase
- Typically 10-20h/week during a project launch, then reduced workload afterward
- Multiple ongoing projects with long-term potential
- Fully remote, async-friendly collaboration
We usually have 2-5 projects going at one time.
This role is ideal if you’re looking for stable, long-term partnerships rather than constantly chasing new clients.
If we win, you win. We are open to promoting good talent and referring you to our network.
Tools & workflow
- Figma (required)
- Adobe Suite or equivalent
- Familiarity with digital marketing assets is a big plus
How to apply
Please send:
1. A short intro about yourself
2. Your portfolio (focus on branding, systems, and consistency)
3. Your hourly rate or preferred monthly range
4. Availability (hours per week)
We care more about brand thinking and consistency than flashy visuals.
