JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create high-converting creatives for Facebook/Instagram ads in the e-commerce space.

This role is performance-driven, not just aesthetic. You’ll be creating visuals and videos designed to stop the scroll, communicate benefits fast, and drive conversions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design static ad creatives (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) for Facebook & Instagram
Edit short-form video ads (UGC-style, product demos, hooks, cut-downs)
Turn concepts, angles, and raw assets into conversion-focused ads
Create variations of winning creatives (new hooks, visuals, layouts)
Follow brand guidelines while testing new creative directions

Requirements
Proven experience creating Facebook / Instagram ad creatives
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing
Ability to edit engaging short-form videos (5–45 seconds)
Skilled in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar
Knows how to work with hooks, fast pacing, captions, and visual storytelling
Experience in e-commerce is a big plus

Nice to Have
Experience with UGC-style ads
Understanding of ad metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate, etc.)
Ability to suggest creative improvements based on performance
