Store Specialist – Shopify, Amazon & TikTok Shop (Part-Time)

We are hiring an additional tea ---------- mber, a HIGHLY EXPERIENCED Store Specialist, to take ownership of and support operations across our Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop apparel stores.

This role is NOT for beginners.
This role is NOT for learning on the job.

Role & Compensation

Part-time: 5 hrs a day USD $400/month (fixed)
Schedule: PST hours
Immediate start required
Opportunity to move into a full-time role

**What You Will Be Doing (No Training Provided)**

Support the existing team, handling tasks ranging from small day-to-day updates to larger operational responsibilities
Take on assigned tasks as needed, with a strong can-do attitude
Manage and maintain Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and websites
Upload, update, and merchandise products independently
Implement design and layout improvements with a strong sense of fashion and aesthetics
Perform photo editing and creative work regularly
Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems quickly
Ensure smooth, accurate day-to-day store operations

**Absolute Requirements (Non-Negotiable)**

Expert-level knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
Strong eye for fashion and design
Hands-on experience with Canva and Photoshop (photo editing required)
Familiarity with using multiple design tools independently
Knowledge and practical use of AI tools for images, creatives, or content
Proven experience managing live stores (links required)
Apparel / e-commerce experience strongly preferred
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
Must be available during PST hours
Philippines-based applicants ONLY (preferably Luzon-based)
