Job Overview
I’m looking for a part-time Virtual Assistant to help me run my car rental business and online coaching brand. You’ll be responsible for lead generation, basic customer support, and admin work.
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, speaks excellent English, comfortable with chatting with customers inside a CRM. You must be able to work US hours.
Main Responsibilities:
• Assist with vetting car rental applicants (ID checks, forms, contracts – templates provided)
• Respond to customer messages for private rentals inside GoHighLevel (GHL) and support Turo guests (template replies provided)
• Send reminder messages to rental guests (payments, return reminders, check-ins)
• Do daily admin tasks: update spreadsheets, log payments, track rentals
• Send mid-day and end-of-day reports of what you completed
(Experience in the car rental industry is a PLUS)
Tools You’ll Use:
• GoHighLevel (GHL) – CRM & messaging
• ClickUp – task management
• Google Sheets / Google Drive
• Social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok)
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English (very important)
• Must be able to work US daytime hours
• Reliable internet and computer
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow SOPs
• Willing to learn GoHighLevel and ClickUp (experience is a plus)
• Basic video editing skills (trimming clips, simple text overlays) is a plus
