JOB OVERVIEW

I’m hiring a full-time, long-term video editor to work directly with me on short-form direct response UGC ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social.

This is not freelance work.
This is not project-based.
This is not for someone juggling multiple full-time jobs.

I’m looking for someone who wants one primary role, enjoys working inside systems, and wants to grow with one brand over the next 1–2 years.

If you are looking for quick gigs, part-time side work, or just “extra income,” this is not a fit.

What You’ll Be Editing:
- Talking-head UGC ads (real people on camera)
- Voiceover product ads using B-roll
- Short-form paid ads optimized for retention and clarity
- TikTok / Reels / paid social formats
- Human UGC ads only.

This Role Is For You If:
- You want a stable, long-term editing role
- You can commit 30–40 hours per week
- You are comfortable with time tracking and daily task checklists
- You understand the difference between direct response ads vs regular content
- You take feedback well and see revisions as part of the process
- You value honesty, consistency, and clear communication

This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You already have a full-time job
- You are managing multiple clients or agencies
- You are looking for freelance or short-term work
- You do not have real human UGC ad examples
- You prefer minimal structure or dislike feedback
- You rely heavily on templates without understanding why edits work

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable):
*You must have edited human UGC ads before.*

Talking-head UGC ads (real people on camera) OR voiceover product ads made for social platforms. Short-form ads meant to convert, not just look nice
