## General Employment Terms (Applies to All Roles)

* **Base Salary:** $350 (base compensation)
* **Potential Immediate Adjustment:**

* Candidates who **clearly prove strong skills, experience, and execution ability during the interview** may qualify for an **immediate raise of up to $150 from the start**
* This is **not guaranteed** and is **discussed only if proven**
* **Schedule:** 5 days per week
* **Work Window:** 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM California time
* **Shift Length:** Up to 7–8 hours per day
* **Employment Type:** Full-time only
* **Work Environment:** Remote, Zoom-based operations
