Alvéya is an all-in-one marketing platform designed for health and wellness business owners who want simpler systems, clearer marketing, and sustainable growth.
We are preparing for the lead-up and launch of Alvéya and are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager and Content Designer to support this phase and continue ongoing growth beyond launch.
This is not a basic posting role. We are looking for someone who understands strategy, audience growth, and brand-led content.
The Role:
You will be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing a social media strategy aligned with brand and launch goals
- Designing on-brand social media posts and content assets
- Planning content around launches, promotions, and audience education
- Writing clear, calm, and intentional captions that reflect brand values
- Managing content calendars and posting schedules
- Analysing performance and adjusting strategy to support growth
- Working collaboratively with a founder-led brand
- Primary platforms will include Instagram, with potential expansion over time.
- Experience and Skills Required
You are likely a strong fit if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience managing social media for brands or businesses
- Have experience creating strategy, not just executing posts
- Are confident in designing social media content that feels considered and premium
- Understand how social media supports launches, lead generation, and long-term growth
- Have strong written communication skills in English
- Can follow brand guidelines while thinking creatively
- Are organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently
- Experience with wellness, health, SaaS, or service-based brands is a plus but not required.
Working Arrangement and Pay
- Ongoing role following launch
- Compensation options (depending on experience):
- Monthly package: AUD $900 to $1,400
Final scope and hours will be agreed with the right candidate.
