THE ROLE
We are looking for the "Best of the Best." You will be bridging the gap between Generative AI and High-Retention Video Editing.
The Workflow is simple but fast:
We Provide: The Scripts, The Concepts, and the Prompting SOPs.
You Generate: You use Veo 3, Sora 2, and Gemini to create custom, realistic AI footage and B-roll that matches the script.
You Build: You assemble the videos in CapCut, adding animations, transitions, and visual hooks to create the final ad.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (Day-to-Day)
Deliver 15 high-quality video ads per day.
AI "Filming": You are the director. You will generate characters and scenes using AI tools, no generic stock footage.
Retention Editing: This is NOT basic splicing. You must use:
Visual Hooks: Pattern interrupts every 3-5 seconds.
Smooth Transitions: Whips, zooms, and seamless cuts.
Niche Psychology: Apply the principles of direct response marketing (building trust instantly) to Finance and Insurance ads.

REQUIREMENTS
Tech Stack Mastery: You must be fluent in Google Veo 3, OpenAI Sora 2, ElevenLabs, and CapCut (Desktop).
Experience: Proven results in Lead Generation (Finance/Insurance) or high-pace E-Commerce media creation.
English Fluency: 10/10 written and spoken English is non-negotiable.
Coachable & Driven: You are eager to learn our systems and improve based on data.
