Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wix Studio Web Builder to support ongoing page builds, content updates, and large-scale site organization for a growing website with 500+ pages.

This role is execution-focused. You will receive clear tasks, examples, and written instructions. The environment is fast-moving, and priorities may shift as projects evolve. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, calm under change, and comfortable implementing work for a founder who thinks quickly and iterates often.

Design direction, layouts, and content will be provided. Your responsibility is to implement accurately, keep the site organized, and move work forward without friction.

Key Responsibilities
Wix Studio & CMS
• Build and update pages using Wix Studio
• Create and manage dynamic pages using Wix CMS
• Implement layouts based on written instructions, examples, or references
• Ensure responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile

Content Implementation
• Upload and format provided text, images, and media
• Apply consistent fonts, spacing, and heading styles
• Insert buttons, CTAs, internal links, and page sections as instructed

Site Structure & Migration Support
• Assist with large-scale site organization and page restructuring
• Implement 301 redirects when URLs change (instructions provided)
• Update internal links during restructuring to maintain site integrity
• Help maintain clean CMS collections and URL structures as the site scales
• Work carefully on SEO-sensitive changes where accuracy matters

Basic SEO Implementation
• Add provided meta titles and descriptions
• Implement FAQ sections when supplied
• Maintain proper heading hierarchy (H1–H3)

Quality & Organization
• Keep pages clean, consistent, and easy to manage
• Flag missing information or unclear instructions without blocking progress
• Apply revisions accurately and calmly when priorities shift

Requirements
• Strong experience with Wix Studio (Wix Editor alone is not sufficient)
• Experience working with Wix CMS / dynamic content
• High attention to detail and consistency
• Clear written English communication
• Reliable internet and consistent availability

Working Hours & Expectations
• Fixed working hours (to be agreed upon)
• Focused, productive work during paid hours
• Open communication when clarification is needed
• Overtime is not required
