We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support / Account Management Specialist to join our growing remote team. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in written communication, enjoys helping customers, and can efficiently manage multiple systems and conversations simultaneously.
The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact between our company and our customers, ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and a high standard of service across all support channels.
Key Responsibilities

2. Manage customer accounts and requests using internal admin panels and support tools
3. Coordinate with internal tea
4. Handle multiple workflows at once, including support desk tickets, internal chats, and admin systems
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation using Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
6. Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and internal processes
7. Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with both customers and internal teams
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Excellent written English proficiency (manual writing only — no AI-generated responses)
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM in Pacific Standard Time. Open availability on weekends from time to time if asked.
- Strong technical setup, including:

- Proficiency with Apple / Windows devices
- Proficiency with general tech and systems
- Proficiency with Slack for daily communication

- Strong communication skills with a clear, transparent, and professional tone
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal admin panels and dashboards
- Proven ability to multitask efficiently across multiple platforms and conversations
