JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Off-Page SEO Specialist to manage the backlink strategy for our US Home Services brands. We do NOT want a beginner who needs to learn outreach. We need a pro who comes with their own database of vetted link vendors. You will be responsible for building Tier 1 (High Quality Guest Posts) and Tier 2 structures, as well as managing the interlinking strategy between our internal assets.

Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: You must bring your own list of contacts/sites where we can buy links at good rates. You will negotiate and handle the orders.

Competitor Analysis: Reverse engineering competitors using Ahrefs/Semrush to find their link sources and replicate them.

Internal Linking Strategy: Smartly linking between our own websites without creating "Footprints" (Risk management is key here).

Tiered Building: Creating Tier 1 links (High Authority, Real Traffic) pointing to money sites, and Tier 2 links pointing to the guest posts.

Quality Control: Checking every link for "Spam Score", organic traffic, and relevance before we pay.

Requirements:

EXISTING VENDOR LIST (Must): You already have a spreadsheet of 100+ sites (preferably in Home Improvement/General News) with prices ready to go.

Expert in Ahrefs: You live and breathe backlink profiles.

Smart Interlinking: You know what a "PBN Footprint" is and how to avoid it (hosting, IP, anchor text diversity).

Negotiation Skills: You know how to talk prices down with vendors.

How to Apply: Start your subject line with: "Link Hunter - [Your Name]"

You MUST answer these 2 questions in your application:

The List Test: Please share 3 examples of sites from your list (in the Home Improvement/General niche) including their DR, Traffic, and the Price you can get them for.

The Footprint Test: We have 10 different locksmith websites. We want to link them to each other to boost authority. How would you do this safely without Google penalizing us?
