We are looking for a skilled long-form and short-form video editor for our courses and social media platforms.

About the Company / Brands:

-Success 9-1-1: Training for 9-1-1 emergency dispatchers and public safety professionals
24+ classes, 45–200+ videos each

-LezBeInSync / Unshakable Us: Coaching and education for lesbian couples
Membership, group coaching, and marketing content

This is a remote, full-time, long-term role. You must be comfortable working with LGBTQ+ relationship content, be based in the Philippines, and be exclusive to our company.

Daily Responsibilities:
-Edit long-form videos
-Refresh and modernize older course videos
-Create short-form clips and reels
-Send a daily report
-Miscellaneous tasks as time permits

To qualify for the position, you will need to have experience and show samples of your previous work, have excellent written and spoken English skills, submit an introduction video of yourself stating why you want this job and why you would make a great addition to our team, be willing and available to attend our Weekly Tea ---------- etings via Zoom on Tuesdays at 9am Eastern.

Our team is comprised of two founders in the U.S. and a team of VAs from the Philippines. We expect our tea ---------- mbers to collaborate with each other and ask questions where needed, but you must be independent and show initiative.

We are looking for someone who can grow with us long-term. Raises and Bonuses are earned by being reliable, willing to learn and share with all tea ---------- mbers, and by being an independent thinker open to feedback.

This is a full-time position - 40 Hours per week. Make your own hours as long as you attend our weekly tea ---------- eting. We honor most Filipino holidays, we pay the 13th month, prorated the first year based on when you start working for us, and you earn vacation after the first year.
