ROLE
Key Responsibilities: 

? Exporting customer-provided data and developing clear, actionable frameworks for upselling strategies tailored to each client’s needs. 

? Making upsell decisions based on data analysis and customer purchase behavior. 

? Taking ownership of clients and responding to service requests


Who do we look for: 

? Individuals that have previous experience in Shopify

? Individuals with strong analytical skills, especially in data analysis and mathematics. You should be comfortable working with quantitative data to drive insights and make informed decisions. 

? An outgoing, social person with a blink in the eye and someone who takes ownership of her/his tasks at hand.
