JOB OVERVIEW

(Psychologically or Pharmacy Literate, Non-Clinical Role)
Remote | Philippines | Day or Night Shift (US Coverage)

We are a US-based psychiatry practice seeking a high-judgment Patient Engagement Officer who understands mental health patients and how they respond to communication.

This role is responsible for active patient engagement — confirmations, reminders, reassurance, and recovery — not just answering messages.

You will call patients, handle yes/no responses, and prevent cancellations and no-shows by how you communicate.

If you understand that how you ask matters as much as what you ask, this role is for you.
