JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full-time Email Customer Support Representative to assist our Shopify store customers with inquiries, order issues, and general support. If you have experience with Shopify and Gorgias, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning, we’d love to hear from you!

Position Details:
Hours: 6-8 hours per day, 5-6 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with order tracking, refunds, and product inquiries
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain a positive and helpful tone in all interactions

Requirements:

• Experience in email customer support (preferably with Shopify & Gorgias)
• Strong written communication skills
• preferably experience with dropshipping stores
• Positive attitude, open to feedback, and eager to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Comfortable working with target KPIs
• Able to work on fixed shift schedules
• Reliable internet connection
