JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Marketing & Automation Virtual Assistant to support a growing wellness coaching business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys GoHighLevel, automations, content support, and light admin work.
Your main focus will be helping organize and improve our marketing systems, especially inside GoHighLevel (GHL), while supporting content publishing and basic executive tasks.

This is a remote, part-time position with Philippine daytime hours.

Job responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Automation (Main Focus)
- Build and manage funnels, workflows, and email automations in GoHighLevel
- Create and update landing pages, forms, and email sequences
- Migrate email lists and campaigns from Flowdesk to GHL
- Monitor automations and help improve system efficiency

2. Content & Social Media Support
- Schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Help publish and repurpose content (emails, social posts, lead magnets)
- Maintain simple content calendars

3. Creative Support
- Create clean, on-brand visuals using Canva
- Support graphics for social posts, funnels, and lead magnets

4. Light Admin Support
- Help with inbox organization and basic email responses
- Assist with calendar coordination
- Organize files in Google Drive
- Other small admin tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Experience using GoHighLevel (funnels, emails, automations)
- Comfortable working with marketing systems and digital tools
- AI experience is a plus, but not required
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Canva skills and good design sense
- Able to work independently and follow systems
