We’re looking for a skilled AI Automation Expert to design, build, and maintain automations across GoHighLevel, , and Airtable. This role is for someone who understands business workflows


What You’ll Be Responsible For
Build and manage automations in GoHighLevel
Pipelines, triggers, workflows
GMB Posts
Create and maintain Zapier automations

Connect systems together

CRM ? Airtable ? Google Sheets ? Calendars ? Forms

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, OpenAI, etc.) where helpful

Lead tagging

Message generation

Data enrichment or classification

Document workflows clearly so they’re easy to maintain

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience with GoHighLevel

Solid working knowledge of Airtable
You know how to structure data properly (not just spreadsheets in disguise)
Strong logic and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain what you built and why

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)
Experience with:
AI SEO -
RingCentral, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile
Experience automating sales or lead management systems
Familiarity with local business or service-based workflows

Fewer manual steps
Clean data (no duplicates, no chaos)
Leads automatically routed, followed up with, and tracked
Clear visibility into performance through dashboards
