This is a phone-based outreach role focused on short, respectful conversations with aircraft owners and brokers.
Your job is to:
Make calls
Ask simple questions
Log accurate outcomes
Escalate real interest
WHAT YOU’LL DO DAY-TO-DAY
Call aircraft owners or brokers using a provided script
Ask whether an aircraft is:
For sale
Potentially for sale
Not for sale
Keep conversations brief and professional
Log each call in a simple Notion database
Flag any owner who shows openness or interest
WHAT YOU DO NOT NEED
You do not need:
Aviation knowledge
Sales certifications
Closing experience
Negotiation skills
CRM mastery
Fancy language or hype
Training and scripts are provided.

You must be able to:
Speak clear, understandable English
Sound calm and professional on the phone
Follow a script without improvising
Take notes accurately
Accept feedback and adjust quickly
