About Us
We run a coaching and fulfilment business in the Amazon FBA space, helping students launch profitable Amazon products across the UK, US, Canada, and Europe. Our program includes full operational support, where we manage the technical setup, listings, A+ content, shipments, and PPC launch for each client. We mainly focus on Wholesale Amazon and Unique bundles.
The Role
This role focuses on executing the operational and technical work inside Seller Central required to prepare and launch products for our Students. You will also be managing day-to-day communication with students inside their private
You will support multiple Student accounts, ensuring listings are set up correctly, issues are resolved quickly, shipments are created properly, and PPC campaigns are launched smoothly. You must be confident navigating Seller Central and comfortable solving problems without handholding.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Creating and optimising product listings
• Editing and Uploading product images, infographics, and A+ content
• Fixing suppressed or inactive listings
• Opening and managing Amazon case logs
• Resolving attribute, category, and compliance issues
• Performing basic keyword research
• Setting up Auto and Launch PPC campaigns (training provided)
• Supporting Brand Registry submissions and related documentation
• Assisting with UPC/GTIN exemption
• General Seller Central troubleshooting and account support
• Updating internal tracking sheets and providing status updates
You’ll play a critical role in the fulfilment pipeline, ensuring products move from setup ? listing ? shipment ? PPC launch smoothly and without delays.
What We're Looking For
You must be:
• Confident working inside Seller Central
• Strong in written English and clear communication
• Comfortable solving technical issues and managing case logs
• Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow SOPs accurately
• Good at managing multiple tasks at once
• Proactive — not waiting to be chased or reminded
Non-negotiables:
• At least 1 year of experience as an Amazon FBA VA
• Real experience handling Seller Central tasks
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Stable internet and a proper working environment
Nice to have:
• Experience with Helium10
• Experience with A+ Content
• Basic Canva or image editing skills
• Experience handling Amazon bundles
• Previous experience working with multiple sellers or agencies
Who This Isn’t For
This role is NOT for someone who:
• Only has basic Amazon knowledge
• Needs constant supervision or reminders
• Has never handled case logs or technical issues
• Is looking for a slow or relaxed VA role
• Doesn’t want to learn or improve
• Can’t commit to a full-time, long-term position
