Expert Graphic Designer Needed (Wix + Canva | Brand Refresh Project)

Project Overview
We are a premium online fitness coaching brand undergoing a brand refresh and are looking for a highly skilled graphic designer to help implement our new branding across our website and key client-facing assets.
This is a one-time project with a clear scope, defined deliverables, and firm timeline, with potential for ongoing work if it’s a great fit.

Compensation (Transparent Breakdown)
Total Project Rate: $450 USD

This rate reflects the scope and level of expertise required:
$200 – Wix Website Redesign
Redesign our existing Wix website to align with our new branding (logo, colors, fonts, photos). Structure already exists — this is a visual refresh, not a rebuild.
$100 – Client Welcome Guide Redesign (Canva)
Rebrand existing Canva welcome guide templates to match our new visual identity. Content and layout already created.
$75 – Onboarding Call Slide Deck Redesign (Canva)
Redesign our onboarding presentation slides in Canva to reflect the new brand while improving visual clarity and professionalism.
$75 – Brand Template / Style System (Canva)

Create a reusable Canva brand template that includes fonts, color styles, page layouts, and design elements for future guides and presentations.

Total: $450 USD

Timeline
Turnaround Time: 5–7 days from project start, need everything completed before January 1st.
We value efficiency, clear communication, and meeting deadlines

Key Responsibilities
Apply our new branding consistently across all assets
Redesign (not recreate) existing materials
Maintain a clean, modern, premium aesthetic
Ensure all Canva assets are easy for our team to reuse

Requirements (Must-Have)
-Expert-level experience with both Wix and Canva
-Strong understanding of branding and visual consistency
-Ability to follow brand guidelines closely
-Proven portfolio showcasing:
-Wix websites
-Canva guides and/or slide decks
-Excellent communication and responsiveness

Nice to Have
Experience working with fitness, coaching, or personal brands
Ability to make proactive design suggestions while staying on-brand
