We’re hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to work directly with the owner of a growing U.S.-based business. This role focuses on time management, task organization, and communication — helping leadership stay focused on growth instead of day-to-day clutter.

This is a long-term opportunity with performance bonuses, increasing responsibility, and room to grow as trust is built.

A clear, natural English speaking voice is required.

???? What This Role Is About

Your primary job is to help manage time, priorities, and execution.

You’ll take things off my plate, keep tasks moving forward, and help make sure the right things get done at the right time. Some communication and scheduling is involved, but this is not a hard sales role.

???? Key Responsibilities

Manage and organize a busy calendar (business + personal)

Schedule appointments, calls, and reminders

Protect focus time and maintain clean scheduling

Track tasks, follow up, and keep priorities moving

Be available during the workday for task handoffs and updates

Handle inbound and outbound calls during U.S. business hours

Schedule appointments for people who request information

Send follow-up texts and emails

Handle light, scripted objection responses (no closing)

Support admin tasks like contracts, proposals, tracking sheets, and coordination with tea ---------- mbers

Full-time (40 hours/week)

U.S. hours: 8am–5pm Central Time

Occasional evening call opportunities (optional bonuses)

Starting pay: $3/hour

Growth to $5/hour as proficiency increases

Performance bonuses available for:

Appointment scheduling

Sales support outcomes

Weekly calendar & task management quality

On-target monthly earnings (base + bonuses) typically range from $600–$1,000, with opportunities to grow beyond that as responsibility and performance increase.

Pay structure and bonuses may increase over time as trust, ownership, and impact grow.
