Executive Assistant to Founder & CEO (Philippines-Based)

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Executive Assistant based in the Philippines to support the Founder & CEO across multiple businesses, including a consulting firm and a growing podcast brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys relationship management, and wants to grow long-term with a values-driven company that invests deeply in its people.

This role will act as a trusted right hand — helping organize priorities, manage projects, keep systems running smoothly, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Founder & CEO
Manage and track projects using CRM and project management software (ClickUp experience is a strong plus)
Maintain organized systems for tasks, timelines, and follow-ups
Support relationship management efforts (clients, partners, guests, internal team)
Assist with podcast coordination, scheduling, and light production support
Help with marketing-related tasks such as content coordination, posting, and campaign support (as needed)
Prepare documents, notes, and summaries to support decision-making
Proactively identify gaps, streamline processes, and improve efficiency

Requirements
Based in the Philippines
Availability between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Prior experience supporting an executive, founder, or leadership team
Experience using CRM systems and project management tools (ClickUp preferred)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Advanced ClickUp experience
Background in relationship management, marketing, or content support
Experience supporting podcasts, consultants, or entrepreneurs
