JOB OVERVIEW

Eventstream operates events management software powering city-specific mobile applications across the UK and Ireland.

Our priority is maintaining the highest-quality, most complete event data possible so our apps remain the trusted source for local events.

Key Dates
•Closing date for applications: 5th January
•Role start date: Mid-January

The Role
We are seeking an organised, detail-driven Data Quality & Operational Support Specialist to manage our core event content and provide operational and administrative support to the Founders.
This is a long-term role focused on accuracy, consistency, and reliable execution.

Key Responsibilities
•Data Quality & Content Management (Primary Focus)
•Research and complete event and festival listings across multiple cites
•Verify and maintain automated weekly event feeds (Eventbrite, Ticketmaster), including running scripts, reviewing logs, and correcting errors in line with SOPs
•Accurately manage events, venues, and partner data via our Django-based Admin system
•Act as a point of contact for businesses with questions about listings or data updates

Administrative & Operational Support
•Assist with documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
•Provide research and administrative support to the CEO/Founders, including new event sources and potential city expansions

What We’re Looking For
•Exceptional attention to detail with a proven record of maintaining accurate, consistent data
•Strong English skills for documentation, internal communication, and following written instructions
•Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet strict weekly deadlines
•Technical competence, including experience with admin dashboards, CMS platforms, or structured data systems (Django Admin experience a plus)
•Reliable setup, including stable internet and a quiet workspace
•Ability to learn and follow processes — training is provided, but comfort with SOP-driven work is essential

Required Experience
•Previous experience in data entry, content management, or database administration where accuracy was critical
•Experience working with structured data or internal admin systems in a professional environment

Nice to Have
•Familiarity with UK or Irish geography, festivals, or cultural event listings

Working Arrangements
•Remote position with flexible working hours
•Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work as required
•Regular overlap with Ireland time (GMT / UTC, switching to UTC+1 in summer)

Compensation & Contract
•Competitive monthly pay: approximately PHP 50,000 – PHP 65,000 per month, depending on experience and performance
•Consistent, ongoing work (37.5 hours per week)
•Initial probationary period before transitioning to a longer-term contract

How to Apply
Please submit:
A professional cover letter outlining your relevant experience and suitability for the role
A CV / résumé

Please note that your cover letter and CV are the primary materials used to assess your application. Ensure both are clear, professional, and well presented.
