We’re looking for a Video Ads Editor to help us produce short-form video ads for Meta, Tik Tok and Youtube shorts

What You Will Do:

1. Edit short-form video ads (15–90 sec)

2. Work with clear scripts and instructions (no guessing)

3. Cut, pace and structure videos for attention

4. Add basic motion, subtitles, simple effects

5. Prepare videos for formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)


What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience editing short-form content for ads - Meta/Tik Tok/Youtube shorts

2. Strong sense of timing, pacing and hooks

3. Ability to follow instructions exactly

4. Clean, simple edits focused on engagement

5. Fast communication and reliability

Your job is to execute visually and cleanly.

Payment:

Paid $6-$8 per hour or per video (to be agreed)

1. Starting from ~10 hours/week

2. Paid biweekly

3. Opportunity to increase hours if work is good
