Position: E-commerce Operations VA

We’re hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations for a growing ecommerce apparel brand. This role focuses on execution, organization, and keeping systems running smoothly so leadership can stay focused on scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with 3PL and suppliers on orders and inventory
- Update product listings, SKUs, and inventory records
- Outreach to, manage, and communicate with creators and influencers
- Provide daily performance and ops reports
- Launch and manage ads inside Facebook Ads Manager based on provided strategy
- Assist with general e-commerce admin and operational tasks
- Post content to social media accounts

Requirements:

- Experience supporting e-commerce brands (Shopify preferred)
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear written communication
- Organized, reliable, and proactive
