I am looking for a reliable and detail oriented person to manage daily short form video uploads across YouTube Instagram and TikTok.

This is a long term role. At the start, you will upload one video per day to each platform using the same video. Over time, upload volume will increase significantly across platforms.

This role is focused on execution, consistency, and attention to detail. You must understand how short form platforms work and how to publish content correctly for reach and clicks.

What You Will Do
• Upload short form videos to YouTube Instagram and TikTok
• Ensure correct formatting for each platform
• Choose audio when required that correctly matches the vibe and message of the video
• Write titles optimized for maximum clicks and engagement
• Write captions that sound human and natural even if AI is used
• Ensure captions and titles feel intentional and premium
• Schedule and publish content consistently every day
• Follow platform best practices for short form content
• Handle increased upload volume as the account scales

• Captions must sound human and natural
• No robotic or generic AI language
• Absolutely no dashes used in titles or captions
• Clean professional tone at all times

Requirements
• Experience uploading short form content to YouTube Instagram and TikTok
• Strong understanding of how titles affect clicks and reach
• Ability to choose audio that fits the mood and message of a video
• Strong English writing skills
• High attention to detail
• Reliable daily availability
• Organized and consistent

WORK SCHEDULE AND PAY

Starting Phase
• 7 days a week
• Approximately 1 hour per day
• Pay is $4 per hour

Scale Phase
As upload volume increases
• 7 days a week
• Approximately 2 hours per day
• Pay increases to $6 per hour

Further Scaling
If uploads increase beyond this workload
• Daily hours will be adjusted
• Pay will be adjusted based on workload and performance

This is a long term role with consistent daily work for the right person.
