Wise Agent is expanding our Website Services division, building custom WordPress websites for real estate agents and brokers across the U.S.


About This Role

This role is for someone who has serious WordPress experience, not someone still learning which plugin does what. We are looking for an experienced WordPress Website Designer who knows how to build fast, clean, conversion-focused websites and can do it consistently.

You will work closely with our U.S.-based team to design and build custom real estate websites using WordPress and Elementor. You will take a client’s vision, research their market and location, and turn that into a professional, SEO-friendly website that looks great and performs even better. If you enjoy building sites that are polished, organized, and actually launch on time, you will fit in well here.

Key Responsibilities

Build and customize WordPress websites for real estate agents and brokers

Design pages using Elementor with clean layout, spacing, and hierarchy

Implement on-page SEO best practices including metadata, images, headings, and site structure

Optimize site speed, responsiveness, and mobile experience

Collaborate with internal team on content, structure, and revisions

Take feedback professionally and make revisions efficiently

Communicate progress clearly and meet deadlines consistently

Maintain organized workflows and attention to detail across multiple projects


Required Skills and Experience

Strong, proven experience building WordPress websites

Deep knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins, and best practices

Advanced comfort using Adobe applications (Elementor, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc)

Portfolio of live WordPress websites you personally built or designed

Experience optimizing content and structure for SEO

Strong eye for design, layout, spacing, and branding

Ability to design clean, professional graphics and imagery

Proficiency with Adobe tools and or Canva

Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal

High attention to detail and strong grammar skills


Nice to Have

Experience building real estate or local business websites

Familiarity with video embeds using Vimeo

Ability to prompt and edit content using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini

Basic understanding of website conversion best practices

Experience working with U.S.-based clients or companies
