ISA Cold Caller Real Estate

Hello, my name is Ken Solon a licensed real estate agent in California and Texas with personally over $130M in career transactions.

I work with well-established companies: Kinetic Real Estate in the Bay Area (ranked 17th in California, ~$400M+ yearly sales) and Compass in Texas (luxury firm, my team ~$130M+).

I have 1 remote ISA cold caller (from Batangas City) and plan to hire our 2nd VA/ISA soon.

Pay: $3-5 USD/hr + Quarterly Bonus + Commission. Paid weekly on monday via Remitly.

Schedule: Start part-time 9am-1pm CST, progress to full-time 9am-5pm CST based on performance.

Requirements: High-level conversational English, minimal accent.

You'll interview with my current ISA and me. Goal: Hire 5 ISAs by 2026 (current ISA as team lead, me as supervisor).

Training: 20-30 hours + practice calls before going live.

Role: Cold call leads for real estate needs (buy/sell/rent), qualify, note-take, pass to agents. Use outbound dialer + end-of-day tasks. 80?lifornia, 20% Texas calls.
