BES Electrical & HVAC Services is looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant with experience in home services and commercial services marketing to help design social posts, promotions, and service specials that actually drive calls and bookings.

If you understand how to market HVAC, electrical, maintenance, inspections, and commercial service work, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Designing marketing posts & service specials, including:

Residential HVAC & electrical promos

Seasonal tune-up specials

Commercial maintenance & inspection offers

Emergency, after-hours, and compliance-driven services

Creating graphics and posts for:


Facebook

Google Business Profile

Nextdoor


Email promotions

Turning service ideas into clear offers (pricing, CTA, disclaimers)

Using Canva to design clean, on-brand graphics

Repurposing content across platforms (1 design ? multiple uses)

Keeping promotions consistent with brand guidelines

Coordinating with the owner on monthly specials & campaigns

Required Experience

Marketing experience with home service companies (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar)

Experience creating promotions and specials, not just general posts

Strong understanding of:

Customer pain points

Urgency-based offers

Local service marketing

Proficiency with Canva

Clear written English (customer-friendly and professional)

Ability to follow brand standards and instructions

Experience with commercial services marketing

Knowledge of:

Maintenance agreements

PM contracts

Compliance & inspection messaging

Google Business Profile posting experience

Basic local SEO awareness

Experience working with contractors or trades
