Real Estate Technology Growth Assistant

About the Role: We are a Real Estate Marketing company in Australia. We are looking for a virtual assistant to help with both sales operations and marketing. This role requires a common sense, tech-savvy assistant to help us generate leads. You will be working with custom software and assist building repeatable workflows.

What you will do:

Lead generation - Finding leads, use our custom software to create property demos, and schedule outreach emails to agents.
Marketing - Create social media posts using Canva/AI, assist in managing our social media accounts, and upload creative assets to our Ad accounts.
Who we are looking for:

You are comfortable with technology (CRMs, Email tools, AI).
You are organised (you don't lose leads).
You have a creative side (you enjoy making videos/images).
Most Important: You are coachable. We have a specific way of doing things, and we want someone who listens and executes.
