Lead Generation & Outreach Assistant (Real Estate Tech)

About the Role: We are an Australian Real Estate Tech business looking for a smart, tech-savvy assistant to help us generate leads. You will be working with custom software and assist building repeatable workflows. We need a salesperson who can follow instructions to generate demos, find new leads and demonstrates initiative send emails and follow up.

Some tasks you may expect:

Find Leads: Identify local real estate agents/agencies using provided criteria.

Create Demos: Use our proprietary internal software (we will train you) to generate a "demo" product for that specific agent.

Outreach: Send personalised emails using our templates

Maintain a CRM system.

Follow Up: Monitor responses and ensure follow-up emails are sent on time.

Requirements:

Tech-Savvy: You are not afraid of new software. You can learn a new dashboard quickly.

High Attention to Detail: You will be inputting data into a system; accuracy is 100% required.

Reliable: You must be consistent with daily outreach numbers.

English Proficiency: Must be able to read and write clear professional emails.
