Magento 2 Theme Customization

Hi,
We've purchased and installed this theme on Magento 2 with Multi-vendor with Multi-language (English & Arabic).

Requirements:
1- We now require further customization to match this layout https://www.dropbox.com/s/8miuq795tjhqgrz/BuildingMaterialsLayout.pdf?dl=0.
2- We'll provide you with the logo and you need to add it and match the overall look and feel. The site is responsive you’ll need to test it on Android & iOS and make sure it is working perfectly.
