This is a real execution role inside a U.S.-based marketing agency with real clients and daily deliverables.

About the Role

Rocket Launch Media is hiring a Full-Time Marketing Agency Fulfillment Specialist to work directly inside our operations team.

You will be executing daily tasks across:
• GoHighLevel automations
• WordPress + Elementor
• Local SEO
• Google Business Profile management
• AI-assisted website and content implementation

This role is for someone who:
• Has agency experience
• Can follow SOPs without hand-holding
• Moves fast and communicates clearly
• Is comfortable using modern AI tools to work efficiently

If you enjoy structured checklists, clear expectations, and real agency work (not random VA tasks), this role will be a good fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

GoHighLevel (REQUIRED)
• Building and maintaining workflows, pipelines, automations
• Managing forms, calendars, follow-ups, snapshots, and CRM cleanup

WordPress + Elementor
• Creating and updating pages
• Implementing layouts correctly (desktop + mobile)

Local SEO Execution
• On-page SEO fixes (H1s, metadata, internal links, structure)
• Creating service pages and service-area pages

Google Business Profile (GBP)
• Posts, photos, Q&A, services, and categories
• Review workflows and responses

AI-Assisted Execution
• Using AI tools to speed up implementation (not raw writing only)
• Assisting with AI website builds and AI visibility optimizations

Operations
• Following SOPs and task checklists
• Updating task boards
• Clearly communicating when tasks are complete
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Previous marketing agency experience
• GoHighLevel experience (mandatory)
• WordPress + Elementor experience
• Comfortable working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI builders)
• Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours
• Fast execution with strong attention to detail

PAY & HOURS
• $3.50 – $6.00 per hour (based on skill, speed, and reliability)
• 35 hours per week
• Long-term, full-time role for the right candidate
