E-commerce Email Marketing VA (Reporting + Klaviyo)

We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help our email marketing team with weekly performance reporting and a few operational Klaviyo tasks. This role is very SOP-driven: you will receive clear step-by-step SOPs and training videos for everything you need to do.

Main responsibilities
- Create weekly performance reports for multiple e-commerce stores (Klaviyo + Shopify data)
- Update and maintain a simple P&L (PNL) sheet based on our templates
- Support with light Klaviyo operations when needed (e.g., importing email's, setting up campaigns from templates, basic list/segment checks, organizing assets)
- Keep reporting documents clean, consistent, and on time

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail (reporting must be accurate)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / Excel
- Good written English (for internal communication)
- Able to follow SOPs exactly and ask questions when something is unclear
- Stable internet and ability to work independently

Nice to have (not required)
Experience with Klaviyo and/or Shopify
Experience with e-commerce reporting (email KPIs like revenue, open rate, click rate, deliverability)
