Social Media & Content Assistant

Location: Remote (working with a Singapore-based performance coach)
Type: Part-Time / Freelance

I run a career coaching business based in Singapore and I’m looking for a creative, reliable Social Media & Content Assistant to help me show up consistently online.

Your main focus will be daily social media content, as follows:

1. Daily Social Media Content (Instagram & Facebook)

Edit rough-cut videos that I send you into:

- Short-form content for Instagram/Facebook Reels and posts

- Clips for Stories

- Add captions/subtitles, basic transitions and simple design elements.

- Edit and optimise photos for feed posts and stories.

- Upload and schedule posts, Reels and Stories on Instagram and Facebook every day.

- Ensure all visuals and edits are on-brand (you’ll receive clear brand guidelines and examples).

2. Weekly Podcast/Long-Form Video Editing

- Edit a 30–60 minute podcast or long-form video once a week

- Prepare it for upload to my podcast and/or video channels (e.g. YouTube, podcast platforms).

- Create a few short clips from the longer episode (for Reels/posts) when needed.

3. Analytics & Performance Updates

- Monitor post performance and basic analytics (reach, views, saves, engagement, etc.).

- Provide a simple weekly summary of:

- What performed well

- What didn’t

- Suggestions on what we can try or improve next week.

4. Community Engagement & DMs

Monitor comments and DMs that come from my posts and stories.

Acknowledge and respond to basic questions, thank people for engaging, and keep the conversation warm and professional.

Flag important or sensitive messages for me to handle personally (e.g. potential clients, complex questions).

Help maintain a friendly, responsive presence on my social channels.
