JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

The Client is seeking a highly independent, self-directed Marketing Manager (Influencer & Brand Partnerships) to elevate the brand’s presence, visibility, and influence.

This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and strategic collaborations. You will own the influencer ecosystem end-to-end while proactively building relationships with other brands and companies to promote the Client, secure co-marketing opportunities, and expand the brand’s reach. Every partnership and campaign should reflect the Client’s luxury positioning, cultural relevance, and bold storytelling.

This is a high-autonomy role where you will take full ownership of influencer programs, brand collaborations, and content initiatives, operating with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Marketing

1. Discover, research, and onboard creators and tastemakers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
2. Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers who align with the Client’s aesthetic, values, and audience.
3. Evaluate influencer fit based on audience demographics, engagement quality, cultural relevance, and brand alignment.
4. Lead outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing influencer communication.

Brand Partnerships & Marketing

1. Identify and proactively reach out to other brands, companies, and organizations for strategic collaborations, co-promotions, and joint activations.
2. Develop compelling partnership proposals that position the Client as a high-value, culturally relevant brand partner.
3. Negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, timelines, and mutual promotion strategies.
4. Maintain long-term relationships with partners to grow the Client’s visibility, credibility, and cultural footprint.
5. Ensure all collaborations are aligned with the Client’s luxury positioning and brand story.

Content Direction & Execution

1. Review influencer and partner content to ensure brand accuracy, messaging consistency, and compliance.
2. Provide creative guidance on styling, scripting, posting cadence, and campaign execution.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer and partnership content with broader marketing objectives.

Performance Tracking & Analytics

1. Track performance using platform analytics, and/or other attribution tools.
2. Monitor engagement, conversions, ROI, and overall campaign impact.
3. Provide actionable insights to optimize influencer programs and brand partnerships.

Creative Assets & Tools

1. Use Canva to create influencer briefs, partnership proposals, content guidelines, and visual assets.
2. Maintain cohesive visual standards across all influencer and brand partnership materials.

Ownership & Growth

1. Operate independently and take full responsibility for building and managing influencer and partnership pipelines.
2. Continuously test, refine, and scale influencer and brand collaboration strategies.
3. Identify new opportunities to expand the Client’s presence culturally and commercially.

Requirements

1. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
2. Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or strategic collaborations.
3. Strong understanding of luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brand positioning.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to independently manage outreach, onboarding, contracts, and campaign execution.
6. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
7. Proficiency in Canva for creating or collaborating on polished brand assets and guidelines.
8. Data-driven mindset with a flair for creative storytelling.
9. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple influencers and partnerships simultaneously.
10. Thrives in a self-directed, founder-led environment.

Nice to Have

1. Experience scaling influencer programs or brand partnerships for luxury or lifestyle brands.
2. Knowledge of paid amplification, whitelisting, or affiliate program management.
3. Familiarity with fashion, beauty, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
4. Strong fashion awareness and instinct for trends, aesthetics, and brand storytelling.
